Pick-Up Fees — Dubai Delivery Address
- Dubai AED 300
- Sharjah & Ajman AED 400
- Other Emirates AED 500
Pick-Up Fees — Abu Dhabi Delivery Address
- Abu Dhabi AED 300
- Al Ain & remaining Emirates AED 500
Dismantling Fees
- Charged separately based on the installation category.
Remote & Out-of-City Service Charges
Pickup fees apply within standard city limits.
Locations outside these areas — including remote
zones or outskirts of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and other Emirates — may incur additional charges.
These fees vary based on distance, road
accessibility, and the level of service required.
Our team will advise the final amount upon scheduling.

4. Credit Notes
Issued when an order is cancelled after payment.
Credit Notes:
- Valid for 1 year
- Redeemable at any showroom
- Cannot be replaced if lost
- Non-transferable (ID may be required)

- Show signs of use
- Are damaged after delivery
