    • Refunds are not provided.
    • Approved cancellations result in a Credit Note.
  • 2. Exchanges (In-Store Purchases)
    Eligibility

    Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, if items are:

    • In original packaging
    • Unused
    • In perfect, resalable condition
    Not Eligible for Exchange
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Display units
    • Opened packages
    • Services (delivery, installation, dismantling)
  • 3. Exchanges After Delivery
    Pick-Up Fees — Dubai Delivery Address
    • Dubai AED 300
    • Sharjah & Ajman AED 400
    • Other Emirates AED 500
    Pick-Up Fees — Abu Dhabi Delivery Address
    • Abu Dhabi AED 300
    • Al Ain & remaining Emirates AED 500
    Dismantling Fees
    • Charged separately based on the installation category.
    Remote & Out-of-City Service Charges

    Pickup fees apply within standard city limits.
    Locations outside these areas — including remote zones or outskirts of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and other Emirates — may incur additional charges.
    These fees vary based on distance, road accessibility, and the level of service required.
    Our team will advise the final amount upon scheduling.

  • 4. Credit Notes

    Issued when an order is cancelled after payment.

    Credit Notes:

    • Valid for 1 year
    • Redeemable at any showroom
    • Cannot be replaced if lost
    • Non-transferable (ID may be required)
  • 5. Return & Exchange Conditions

    White & Velvet reserves the right to decline an exchange if items:

    • Show signs of use
    • Are damaged after delivery
    • Are missing original packaging
    • Do not pass inspection standards
