A Lighting Family is a group of coordinated fixtures that share related forms, materials, finishes or design details across different lighting types. A family may include chandeliers, ceiling lights, pendant lamps, wall sconces, table lamps or floor lamps, allowing lighting to feel connected across different areas of an interior. Chandeliers and suspended ceiling lights extend further into the room and can create a stronger focal point, while flush ceiling lights sit closer to the ceiling. The most suitable option depends on ceiling height, room proportions, required clearance and the visual presence you want the lighting to have.

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. Our sales team will confirm

Yes. Warehouse pick-up is available once your order is ready. Collection details will be shared
by our team.
No. We do not provide international shipping. We offer export packaging only. Customers must
arrange their own courier and shipping services.
Yes. White & Velvet provides installation services for lighting purchased from us, subject to the fixture, location and site requirements. Please refer to our Delivery & Installation Policy for full installation conditions and requirements.
Installation is carried out on concrete ceilings. If gypsum needs to be cut to access the
concrete, this will only be done from the customer’s side.
We install lighting up to 4 metres, measured from floor level to concrete ceiling.
Installation covers mounting and connection of lighting fixtures. Any additional electrical or
structural work should be done by the customer.
No. Refunds are not offered. Approved cancellations are issued as a credit note.
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
