Where are your showrooms located?

We have showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where clients can experience our lighting collections in person and receive guidance from our team.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

No appointment is required. You are welcome to visit during our showrooms' working hours. For larger projects or specific requirements, appointments can be arranged upon request.

Can I purchase without visiting the showroom?

Yes. Our sales team can assist remotely by sharing product details, images, and specifications, and guide you through the purchasing process via WhatsApp or phone.

Can I reserve items or place special orders?

Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates. Delivery charges may vary depending on location and order size. Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-city locations.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location. Our sales team will confirm expected timelines at the time of purchase.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Warehouse pick-up is available once your order is ready. Collection details will be shared by our team.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. We do not provide international shipping. We offer export packaging only. Customers must arrange their own courier and shipping services.

Installation
Do you offer installation services?

Yes. We provide professional installation services for lighting purchased from White & Velvet.

Do you install on gypsum ceilings?
+

Installation is carried out on concrete ceilings. If gypsum needs to be cut to access the concrete, this will only be done from the customer’s side.

What is the maximum ceiling height you install up to?
+

We install lighting up to 4 metres, measured from floor level to concrete ceiling.

Is electrical work included in installation?
+

Installation covers mounting and connection of lighting fixtures. Any additional electrical or structural work should be done by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?

No. Refunds are not offered. Approved cancellations are issued as a credit note.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
