  • 1. General Information

    White & Velvet is a premium lighting and home décor brand based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made in-store, through quotations, or via customer inquiries made through our website or sales team.
    By interacting with our brand or proceeding with any order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

    White & Velvet does not offer online sales and does not display product prices on its website. All purchases are completed either in our showrooms or directly with our sales consultants via WhatsApp or phone, ensuring a personalized and guided experience.

  • 2. Product Information & Customer Responsibilities
    • All chandeliers and ceiling lights display their product weight on the packaging.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their ceiling structure can support the selected fixture.
    • Installation requires a concrete ceiling, unless otherwise approved.
    • Maximum installation height is 4 meters (floor to concrete).
    • If gypsum must be opened to reach the concrete, this is done only with customer approval, and White & Velvet does not repair or close gypsum openings.
    White & Velvet is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing ceiling or electrical issues
    • Weak or unsuitable mounting points
    • Installation performed by third parties
    • Damages caused by third-party work
  • 3. Orders, Quotations & Payments
    • A 100% advance payment is required to confirm orders.
    • Quotation prices remain valid for 30 days.
    • Stock availability may change until payment is completed.
    • Payment details appear on all official quotations and invoices.
  • 4. Cancellations & Credit Notes

    If an order is cancelled after payment, a Credit Note will be issued. Refunds are not provided.

    Credit Notes:

    • Valid for 1 year
    • Redeemable at any White & Velvet showroom
    • Treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost
    • Non-transferable (ID may be required)
