Please note that we do not sell online or provide product pricing on our
website; all purchases are made in-store or through direct communication with

1. Delivery Service
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
- White & Velvet is not responsible for damages reported after the delivery team leaves.
Scheduling
- Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and customer location.
- A time window will be provided in advance.
Delivery Fees
Delivery and installation fees vary based on location and the service required.

2. Customer Pick-Up (Warehouse Collection)
Inspection
- Customers must inspect items at the warehouse before pick-up.
Processing Times
- Orders before 6:00 PM → Ready next day
- After 6:00 PM → Ready the day after next
- Friday after 6 PM + Saturday before 6 PM → Ready Monday
Pick-Up Hours
- Mon–Sat: 11 AM–1 PM & 2 PM–5 PM
- Friday: 11 AM–1 PM & 3 PM–5 PM

3. Installation Requirements
Ceiling Conditions
- Installation is performed on concrete ceilings unless otherwise approved.
- Maximum height: 4 meters (floor to concrete).
Gypsum Access
- Opening gypsum (if required) is done only with customer approval.
- Gypsum repair is not included.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the fixture location
- Confirm structural suitability of the ceiling
- Provide electricity at the installation point
White & Velvet is not responsible for:
- Structural issues
- Weak mounting points
- Third-party installations
- Damages caused by third-party contractors

Abu Dhabi-Based Addresses
- Abu Dhabi AED 89

- Al Ain & remaining Emirates AED 189
Remote & Out-of-City Service Charges
Delivery and installation fees apply within standard city limits.
Locations outside these areas —
including remote zones or outskirts of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and other Emirates — may incur additional
charges.
These fees vary based
on distance, road accessibility, and the level of service required.
Our team will advise the final amount upon scheduling.

5. Storage Fees
If delivery or pick-up is delayed beyond 15 days, a 1% weekly storage fee applies.
